Why is the app called X11?
X11 is a playful nod to the Dutch "Ik Zelf" (myself). This test gives you a practical picture of how you function, communicate and collaborate at your best.
What is RIASEC?
RIASEC is a scientific personality model developed by psychologist John Holland in 1959. It divides personalities into six types: Realistic, Investigative, Artistic, Social, Enterprising, and Conventional. Your combination of the three strongest types forms your unique profile.
How many questions are there and how long does the test take?
The test consists of 60 questions - 10 per dimension. It typically takes 8 to 12 minutes.
Can I retake the test?
Yes, you can retake the test as many times as you like from the Start screen. The app keeps your most recent result; a new test replaces the previous one.
What is the difference between free and paid?
The test and a summary of your profile are completely free. With the paid profile (€0.99, one-time) you get access to all profile sections and can export a PDF - useful for job applications or career conversations.
How do I restore my purchase on a new device?
Your purchase is linked to your App Store or Google Play account. Install the app, go to Settings → Subscription and choose "Restore purchase". Make sure you are signed in with the same store account you used for the purchase.
Is my data shared?
No. All test results are stored exclusively on your device. We have no access to your answers or results. Read more in the privacy policy.
How do I delete my data?
Via Settings → Clear data in the app, or by uninstalling the app. All locally stored data is deleted immediately.
Does the app work without internet?
Yes. The test and your profile work completely offline. Only purchasing the full profile requires an internet connection.
What languages is the app available in?
The app is available in English and Dutch. You can change the language in Settings → Language.
